Job Summary
Server at Midwood Smokehouse (Park Road Shopping Center, Charlotte, NC). Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking and entering food and beverage orders (Toast POS experience a plus), delivering exceptional service, building relationships with regulars, maintaining a clean and welcoming dining area, and assisting with turnover to ensure smooth operation. Must have at least 2 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant, be able to stand for long periods and lift 25 pounds, and be flexible to work weekends and some holidays.
