Set tables with linens, dishes, glassware, and flatware; unwrap and set up rental equipment. Move event tables, chairs, and crates as needed. Serve plated meals by carrying trays up to 10 full plates with covers and passing food and beverage to guests. Replenish stations with ice, dispensers, and platters; refill beverages using pitchers, wine bottles, and champagne bottles. Bus guest areas, including restrooms and prep rooms. Organize scullery areas by arranging racks, lining crates, and emptying trash cans. Rinse rental dishes, glassware, and flatware. Assist in loading and unloading company vehicles with coolers and decor boxes. Work cohesively with the Event Manager and Event Chef to maintain a safe environment and represent the company positively.
