Job Summary
Server position responsible for providing meals and beverages tableside to residents, resident families, and guests, while maintaining dining room cleanliness and assisting with setup, breakdown, and station readiness. Duties include serving meals, bussing tables, setting and resetting dining areas, assisting with special events and private dining, training new team members, and ensuring safety and sanitation. Requires teamwork, strong communication, initiative, flexibility, and a professional, courteous demeanor. Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and adhere to attendance standards; English fluency and basic computer/office equipment proficiency are expected.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position desired
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English fluently
- Ability to meet attendance and punctuality standards
- Ability to use miscellaneous software and office equipment
- Ability to follow directions
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
