Server

Present menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and service. Take customer orders and relay them to the kitchen. Garnish and decorate dishes, serve patrons at table, and observe diners to respond to additional requests or determine when meals are completed. Total bills, accept payment, ladle soup, portion pies and desserts, brew coffee, and perform other services as necessary. Clear and reset tables at the conclusion of each course and clean the restaurant throughout the shift and as part of closing duties.
