Job Summary
Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests, set tables to event standards, answer menu questions, communicate with kitchen about menu, wait times, re-cook orders, and product availability; record transactions in MICROS at time of order; verify guest satisfaction, maintain cleanliness, and complete closing duties including restocking and payments. Adhere to safety and security policies, maintain professional appearance, protect company assets, welcome guests, accommodate disabilities, and thank guests. Communicate clearly with team, support colleagues, ensure quality standards, read and verify information, stand or move for long periods, and perform physical tasks including lifting and moving items as needed. Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of related experience; no supervisory experience required.
