Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, wait times, re-cook orders, and product availability, and record transactions in the MICROS system. Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and present accurate checks for payment. Maintain cleanliness of work areas and complete closing duties including restocking and turning off lights. Follow all safety policies, report accidents, and ensure uniform and professional appearance.
