Job Summary
Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests, set tables according to event and service standards, answer questions on menu selections, communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions and dietary needs, record transactions in MICROS at time of order, check in with guests to ensure satisfaction, maintain cleanliness of work areas, complete closing duties, present the check and process payment, and adhere to safety, confidentiality, and company policies while developing positive team relationships and providing attentive guest service.
