Job Summary
Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests; set tables according to event/service standards; answer questions on menu selections; communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, wait times, re-cook orders, and product availability; communicate dietary needs and special requests to the kitchen; record transactions in MICROS at the time of order; check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each course/beverage; maintain cleanliness of work areas; complete closing duties including restocking items and turning off lights; present a check and process payment. Follow all company and safety policies, maintain professional appearance, and develop positive working relationships with team members; stand for extended periods, and perform duties such as lifting items up to 25 pounds (and more with assistance), bending, and moving on varied surfaces. Education and experience requirements include a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of related work experience; no supervisory experience; license or certification not required.
