Communicate with the kitchen regarding wait times, re-cook orders, and allergies, then record transactions in the MICROS system. Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction, maintain cleanliness of work areas and china, and complete closing duties including restocking and turning off lights. Present physical checks to guests and process payments while adhering to all safety policies and reporting accidents or injuries.
