Job Summary
Take food and drink orders from customers, upsell menu items, and ensure proper table service. Complete opening, running, and closing side work while collecting payments accurately. Maintain a positive attitude throughout all interactions. Must independently lift up to thirty pounds and possess food handler certification. Flexible schedule required for weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to obtain and maintain a food handler certification card
- Must have flexible schedule to include working weekends and holidays during busy season
- Must be able to independently lift, carry, push, and pull up to thirty (30) pounds
- Must be able to swim or be willing to wear a personal flotation device in instances of emergency
- Must be able to perform simple grasping, fine manipulation, and repetitive hand & arm movements frequently, and squeezing & overhead reaching occasionally
- Must be able to work flexible hours based on the needs of the property to include weekends and holidays as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Restaurant or customer service experience preferred
