Job Summary
Present menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food, beverages, wines, and service. Relay orders accurately to the kitchen, serve courses from service bars, and efficiently deliver and serve food and beverage orders. Greet members and guests in a timely, friendly, professional manner, using their name at least three times during the service period. Perform assigned side work, stock credenzas to SOP, and ensure stations are restocked for the next meal. Check out with a supervisor, maintain financial accounting of each station, and properly use the Infogenesis system. Respond to and inform the supervisor of any member or guest questions, complaints, suggestions, or maintenance issues. Attend resort training classes and outlet staff meetings as required. This seasonal role requires availability in various food and beverage outlets depending on business levels, with holiday work wherever needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
- minimum of 3 months related experience
- equivalent combination of education and experience
