Job Summary
Under the direction of the Dining Room Supervisor, the Server is responsible for creating an enjoyable dining experience for our residents and their guests in the Main Dining Room and at special functions. Responsibilities include taking orders, serving food and beverages, bussing and resetting tables, ensuring dining areas are clean and sanitary, following safety rules, and participating in meetings. The role emphasizes courteous service, ability to answer dining-related questions, teamwork, and adherence to departmental standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service of at least 6 months preferred
