Job Summary
As a Server Load Balancer Engineer (L1), you will provide remote technical support by diagnosing and resolving technical incidents, ensuring zero missed service level agreement (SLA) conditions. Responsibilities include maintaining support processes, investigating problems, performing maintenance tasks, and documenting incidents. You will analyze service records, prioritize incidents, and cooperate with stakeholders to expedite resolutions. The role requires a degree in IT or Computing, associate certifications in security technologies, and entry level experience in security and technical support.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or relevant qualification in Information Technology or Computing or a related field
- Associate level Certification in different Security Technologies such as Cisco, Microsoft, ARC, Audio Codes
- Entry level experience in Security technologies such as Firewall, IPS, IDS, Proxy etc.
- Entry level experience in technical support to clients
- Entry level experience in diagnosis and troubleshooting
- Entry level experience providing remote support in Security technologies
- Entry level experience in relevant technology
