Server

Bar Server responsible for greeting and serving guests in the bar and related areas, inputting orders, assisting with glassware and garnishes, and closing shifts. Requires knowledge of menu items and garnishes, ability to operate the POS system, ensure proper appearance and portioning, and provide hospitable service. Duties include set-up, side work, upselling food and beverages, staying attentive to guest needs, cleaning as needed, and attending department meetings. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, transport items, and maintain neat grooming. Must be of legal age to serve alcohol; nonexempt under FLSA.
