Job Summary
As a Part-Time Server (Front of House) at The Goat, you will deliver exceptional dining experiences by warmly greeting guests, taking accurate food and beverage orders, entering orders into the POS, serving meals and drinks, answering questions, processing payments, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the meal. You will maximize sales through product knowledge and positive guest engagement, while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor. The role requires ability to stand/walk for extended periods, manage multi-task duties in a fast-paced dining environment, and uphold company values of hospitality and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- At least one (1) year of related customer experience
