Job Summary
As a Server you will deliver exceptional dining experiences by providing attentive, friendly, and prompt service. Responsibilities include taking orders, serving food and beverages, answering guest questions, processing payments, entering orders into the POS, anticipating guest needs, maximizing sales through product knowledge and guest engagement, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the meal. The role requires welcoming guests, presenting menus, explaining specials, taking and communicating accurate orders, and maintaining a positive, professional demeanor in a restaurant environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- At least one year of related customer experience required
