Job Summary
Server 2 role in a café and dining environments across Assisted Living and Health Care Center settings. Provide friendly, attentive service to residents and guests, keep the café clean, stocked, and welcoming, and contribute to a memorable interaction with guests. Primary venue to be identified during initial screening based on interest and availability. Schedule includes Wednesday-Sunday shifts with afternoon/evening hours; pay range is $17.70-$19.47 per hour (based on experience) with no tipping. Requires 18+, minimum 6 months front-of-house dining experience, customer service experience; barista experience and dietary services/nutrition experience are a plus. Must obtain Food Handler’s Certification within 30 days and Level 1 AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card within 30 days of hire.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Minimum of 6 months FOH dining experience required
- Customer service experience
- Barista experience is a plus
- Experience in dietary services/nutrition is a plus
- Food Handler’s Certification (within 30 days)
- Level 1 AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card (within 30 days of hire)
