Job Summary
As a Server at Stars and Strikes, you will create a fun, memorable experience for guests by serving food and beverages promptly, maintaining menu knowledge, engaging with guests, and handling orders and payments. You’ll ensure guest satisfaction through proactive service, manage beverage levels, clear tables, and respond quickly to guest needs while providing responsible service of alcoholic beverages. The role emphasizes welcoming, guest-service driven performance, weekend/holiday availability, and teamwork in a family-owned, growth-minded environment with opportunities for training and advancement.
