Job Summary
Serves food and beverages to patrons by presenting menus, answering questions, and suggestively selling food. Writes orders on checks or memorizes them, then relays orders to the kitchen and runs food to customers to ensure it is timely, hot, and correctly prepared. Garnishes dishes, ladles soup, tosses salads, portions desserts, and brews coffee. Busses and sets tables according to standards, collects payments using prescribed cash handling procedures, and refuses to serve alcohol to minors or intoxicated patrons. Maintains a clean, organized, and stocked work area while observing diners to respond to requests and ensure guest satisfaction. No supervisory responsibilities.

- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
