Job Summary
Assist with opening and closing duties, including arranging table settings and keeping the dining area clean and tidy. Take orders, serve food and drinks, process payments, and deliver checks to members and guests. Become knowledgeable about Kings Creek menu items and cocktail recipes while speaking to members in a positive and polite way. Maintain a courteous and friendly personality to create memorable experiences in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. This role supports front-of-house food and beverage operations within a private club setting, offering a collaborative atmosphere with opportunities for advancement.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 18 years or older to serve tables
- Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, stand, and occasionally lift or move 50-100 lbs
- Requires communicating with other staff members, which includes talking, hearing and visual acuity sufficient to perform these major functions
