Job Summary
Serve food and/or beverages in a timely, friendly and efficient manner. Accurately take orders via POS, deliver food and drinks, bus tables or assist busser/runner, and prepare checks while processing credit cards and cash payments. Ensure beverages are served in compliance with regulations, provide courteous service to guests, set tables and complete side work, and generate sales and tip reports at shift end. Maintain knowledge of menu promotions and ISO Health and Safety standards, and perform front-of-house duties (host, busser/food runner) as needed to meet business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Obtain ServSafe Certification in accordance with Company F&B policy
- Excellent customer service and people skills
- Must be able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, holiday shifts
- Must have excellent communication skills and be able to count change and reconcile paperwork
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum (1) year in a restaurant establishment
- Resort/National Park Concession preferred
