Job Summary
Provide guests with friendly and attentive service throughout their dining experience; assist with navigating the menu using extensive menu knowledge and recommend beverages and food items aligned with guest preferences and dietary needs; input orders accurately into the POS system; monitor and assist with delivery of orders; prepare final guest checks and process payments safely; resolve guest issues with urgency and poise; enforce age-restriction and identification requirements for alcohol per state law; follow food and alcohol safety procedures; contribute to a world-class hospitality experience with genuine warmth and care.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3+ years customer service experience
- Valid local and/or state Food Handler certifications
- California Responsible Beverage Service certification
- Ability to walk/stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
