Job Summary
A Jeremiah’s Italian Ice Server represents the face of the brand and is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while supporting daily store operations. Essential duties include greeting guests, taking and delivering orders with a friendly, accurate approach; preparing and serving products to brand standards; maintaining cleanliness, organization, and food safety; handling cash and payments; upselling and promoting promotions and Rewards Program details; and collaborating with team members under the Store Manager or Lead Server guidance. The role emphasizes strong product knowledge, customer focus, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and adherence to store procedures during opening/closing and daily operations.
Required Qualifications

- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Physical demands include bending, kneeling, twisting, and repetitive movements
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and provide accurate handling of cash and payments
