Job Summary
Serve residents, family members, and visitors in a professional, dignified, and courteous manner within the dining area and kitchen. Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the point of sale computer. Set up and break down tables while adhering to proper serving techniques and etiquette. Maintain a safe environment by following established safety standards and cooperating with co-workers and other departments. Complete a criminal background check, health screening, and TB tests; pass a physical exam. Work full-time shifts from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM or part-time shifts from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Must be at least 16 years old with a work permit and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age with a work permit
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
- Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families
- Must be able to wear face coverings and other personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 or other communicable diseases

- Experience is preferred but not necessary; we will train the right candidate
- Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs
