Job Summary
Provide friendly, courteous dining service to residents, family members, and visitors in a senior-living community. Take residents' and guests’ food and beverage orders, enter them into the POS, set up and bus tables, adhere to proper serving etiquette, maintain a safe environment, and collaborate with team members to deliver a high-quality resident experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 16 years of age with a work permit
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs
- Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families
- Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests (including physical and TB Tests)
