Job Summary
Serve residents, family members, and visitors in a professional, courteous manner; accurately take food and beverage orders and enter into the POS; set up and bus tables; maintain proper serving etiquette (e.g., serving from left, clearing between courses); ensure safety and cleanliness; encourage teamwork across departments; training provided for the right candidate; 16+ with a work permit required; high school diploma or equivalent; strong customer service skills; ability to interact with residents, families, and healthcare professionals; willingness to undergo background checks and health screenings including TB tests; vaccination requirements and PPE usage may be requested for health and safety.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 16 years of age with a work permit
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs
- Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families
- Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
