Job Summary
Serve residents, family members, and visitors in a professional, dignified, and courteous manner while accurately taking food and beverage orders and entering them into the POS system. Set up and break down tables, ensuring compliance with proper serving techniques and etiquette. Maintain a safe environment for staff and guests, encourage teamwork with co-workers and other departments, and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, and healthcare professionals. This role requires a work permit, high school diploma, and must pass a criminal background check and health screening. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age with a work permit
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
- Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families
- Must be able to wear face coverings and other personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 or other communicable diseases
