Job Summary
Deliver exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests, executing orders timely while maintaining high service standards. Greet guests by name to ensure warm welcomes, ensuring complete knowledge of the à la carte menu including daily features and specials. Assist fellow employees to provide a seamless dining experience, handling member complaints with service recovery techniques to resolve issues promptly. Complete daily assignments and side work to keep work areas organized, clean, and well-stocked, adhering to club standards for cleanliness, organization, and safety. Support management by completing additional duties as assigned and follow all company policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in Food and Beverage service
- Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations
- Completion of Invited's F&B Service Training program
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments, with potential exposure to dust, fumes, or gases
- Capable of climbing ladders, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending, and folding/unfolding as required
- Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs. occasionally
- Effective communication skills, including talking and hearing, with sufficient visual acuity
- Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments, with potential exposure to dust, fumes, or gases
