Job Summary
Interact with customers by taking orders, making recommendations, providing accurate bills, serving food and drinks, processing payments, and supplying items in a timely manner. Handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently while communicating clearly with bar staff and the kitchen. Assist with opening and closing duties, including preparing ingredients and restocking supplies like straws and napkins. Check identification to ensure customers are of legal age for alcohol purchases and comply with all liquor laws. This role requires a passion for high-quality service and flexibility to work evenings, holidays, and weekends. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in serving
- Ability to walk, stand, and carry heavy trays

- Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and food
- Must be the minimum age to serve alcohol
- Compliance with all local, state, and federal liquor laws
- Willingness to work at peak hours, which may include evenings, holidays, and weekends
