Job Summary
Serve meals professionally to residents and guests while maintaining clean and sanitary conditions of service areas and equipment. Follow safe food handling and sanitation practices, perform assigned side work and setup/breakdown duties, and ensure high-quality food delivery in a timely fashion. Wait on tables, assist other staff as needed, and tactfully handle resident concerns and complaints. Maintain a positive attitude, demonstrate professional behavior, and practice good personal hygiene. This role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and fluent English proficiency. Occasional travel to different locations may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be friendly, provide excellent customer service and consistently display an attitude, which fosters a teamwork environment.
