Job Summary
Serve meals professionally to residents and guests while maintaining clean and sanitary conditions of service areas and facilities. Follow safe food handling and sanitation practices, perform assigned side work including setup and breakdown, and ensure high-quality food delivery in a timely fashion. Wait on tables, assist other staff as needed, and tactfully handle resident concerns and complaints while demonstrating excellent customer service and a positive attitude. This part-time role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and fluent English proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Must be friendly, provide excellent customer service and consistently display an attitude, which fosters a teamwork environment.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English.
- Occasional travel to different locations may be required.
Desired Qualifications
- Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
