Job Summary
Serve meals professionally while maintaining clean and sanitary conditions of service areas, facilities, and equipment. Follow safe food handling and sanitation practices, perform assigned side work, and ensure residents and guests receive high-quality food in a timely fashion. Wait on tables, assist other staff as needed, and tactfully handle resident concerns and complaints. Maintain a positive attitude, demonstrate professional behavior, and practice good personal hygiene. This part-time role includes a 4pm–7:30pm shift. Employees must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and communicate effectively with residents, guests, and associates. Fluency in English is required. Required Qualifications
- Must be friendly, provide excellent customer service and consistently display an attitude, which fosters a teamwork environment.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English.
- Occasional travel to different locations may be required.
Desired Qualifications
- Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
