Server - In-Room Dining

Provide exceptional in-room dining service to guests by delivering meals and beverages directly to their rooms. Take guest orders over the phone in a professional and courteous manner. Serve food and beverages in accordance with Fairmont's standards of presentation, ensuring orders are delivered on time and in perfect condition. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the hotel’s menu and seasonal changes, to offer suggestions to guests. Accurately process orders and payments, ensuring guests’ checks are correct and payments are processed. Ensure that guest rooms are left neat and tidy after delivery, removing any unused or empty items. You may be required to work on holidays, weekends, overnights and other non-day shifts. Alberta ProServe Certificate required;Minimum of 1 year experience in food & beverage industry an asset; Working knowledge of Micros, Property Manager and Microsoft applications an asset.
