Job Summary

Read tables to offer a personalized experience, take and enter orders into the Point of Sale system, verify age for alcohol service, and upsell menu items. Maintain professional service, ensure guest satisfaction, handle payments, bus tables, and assist with opening/closing duties. Demonstrate knowledge of menu, promotions, and service standards, while ensuring safety, cleanliness, and compliance with alcohol service regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Certifications to serve alcohol as dictated by the State and Buffalo Wild Wings policy
