Job Summary
Greet members and guests warmly, present menus, and take accurate food and beverage orders to relay efficiently to kitchen and bar staff. Deliver food and beverages promptly while maintaining cleanliness and organization of assigned sections. Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction, process payments securely, and collaborate with team members to uphold the Club's service standards. Work a flexible schedule including holidays, weekends, and late hours in a fast-paced environment. Possess or obtain food handling and BASSETT certifications within seven days of hire.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle difficult situations with poise
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Possess or be willing to obtain relevant food handling and BASSET certifications within seven days of hire
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, etc. for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
- Basic math and computer skills
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, weekends, and late hours
- Current Illinois' food handler's and BASSETT certifications, or willingness to obtain those within seven (7) days of hire
