Greet, seat, and serve orders to all guests while clearing dishes and resetting tables. Execute IHOP Service Guidelines and memorize menu knowledge, plating methods, and terminology. Handle guest complaints professionally, thank guests, and invite them to return. Stock and rotate supplies, clear tables, clean chairs, booths, and floors per posted charts, and comply with all health, sanitation, and safety SOPs. Adhere to uniform standards and guest check procedures. Perform other assignments as directed by management.
