Job Summary
Serve guests in IHOP's dining room by delivering food and drinks, greeting guests, answering questions, making menu suggestions, and using the POS system to relay orders. Maintain a friendly, upbeat atmosphere, observe guests and fulfill requests, present checks and process payments, and participate in clearing and resetting tables. Adhere to COVID guidelines, transport items as needed, and support smooth restaurant operations. Required Qualifications
- Reading, writing, basic math and verbal communication skills required
- Mobility required during the entire shift
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
