Job Summary
IHOP is hiring a Server to provide exceptional guest service across daytime, evening, and overnight shifts. Responsibilities include greeting, seating, and escorting guests; providing menu recommendations; upselling products; taking orders via software, slips, or memory; relaying orders to kitchen staff; delivering food and beverages promptly; handling payments; maintaining table and tableware cleanliness; and delivering a positive customer experience.
