Provide promptly, efficient, courteous service to all guests. Responsibilities include greeting, seating, taking and serving orders, handling remittance as required, clearing and resetting tables, and maintaining IHOP service standards. Maintain professional relationships with IHOP employees and guests; follow the Service Guidelines and SOP for high-quality guest experiences; handle guest complaints professionally; memorize IHOP terminology, abbreviations, and menu knowledge; adhere to health, sanitation, and safety guidelines; stock and rotate supplies in service areas and dining room; comply with SOP methods for guest checks and banking; physically capable of standing, walking, reaching, lifting up to 25 pounds. The role is at the Midland, TX location.
