Job Summary
Provide exceptional guest service by adhering to Spare Time Service Standards and demonstrating menu knowledge. Responsibilities include taking orders accurately, monitoring alcohol consumption, assisting in food preparation, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and completing shift paperwork. Candidates should be able to stand for long periods, lift 50 pounds, and work weekends, with a preference for those holding relevant certifications and previous waitstaff experience. Effective communication and teamwork are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred
- Previous waitstaff experience preferred
- ServSafe and/or TIPS certification preferred or required if mandated by the state
