Job Summary
Adhere to all sanitation, safety, and alcohol service protocols while maintaining a friendly, courteous demeanor to ensure guest satisfaction. Transmit orders to the bar and kitchen, providing knowledgeable recommendations, and keep staff informed of order updates or changes. Serve orders by picking up and delivering guests' choices from the kitchen or bar, along with necessary accompaniments and condiments. Issue bills and collect payments, including room charges, credit card transactions, or cash with correct change returned. Assist other servers as needed. This role requires working nights and weekends, standing and lifting heavy trays for extended periods, and performing multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

- You are familiar with taking orders from guests, serving food, clean-up and routine side-work, special event set up/service, and assistance with food preparation
- You must be able to work nights and weekends
- You are able stand and be one your feet for long periods of time and can lift and maneuver heavy trays
- You must be comfortable standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods of time
