Job Summary
Deliver food and drink, fulfill customer needs, and communicate orders to the kitchen while maintaining a proper dining experience. Prepare final bills, bring in your own bank, and process payments. Maintain knowledge of current menus, chef specials, and 86'd items to ensure accurate service. Perform side work and daily beautifications while strictly adhering to the uniform policy. Obtain RAMP certification for alcohol purchasing within 30 days of hire. Assist other staff members as needed to support team operations.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of current food & drink menu, chef specials, 86'ed items
- RAMP certification
- Knowledge of the correct carding procedure for alcohol consumption/purchasing

- Experience with suggestive selling, upselling
