Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, assist with menu selections, and serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining table cleanliness. Clear empty dishes, refill drinks, and promote menu items and specials to enhance the guest experience and drive sales. Process payments accurately using various methods and communicate effectively with kitchen staff and bartenders to ensure smooth service. Address guest inquiries and complaints professionally while adhering to all health and safety regulations and sanitation practices. Assist with closing duties including restocking supplies and cleaning. This role requires availability during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED Certification
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Food Handler's and state alcohol certification
- Strong verbal communication skills
- High guest satisfaction expectations and focus
- Able to take direction and work together as a team
- Hospitality-minded attitude; friendly, outgoing and guest focused
- Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times
- Prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing stairs
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times
- Must be able to work in an environment with loud noise, flashing lights and repetitive motions
