Job Summary
Greet guests promptly, answer menu and brand questions, and provide accurate information on pricing, hours, and policies. Listen attentively to ensure correct orders, monitor table turnover, and clean the front-of-house station. Assist with side work, opening/closing tasks, and bar/dining room orders while communicating allergy details to the kitchen. Inform management of special requests or concerns and thank guests upon departure. Requires 1+ years of server experience, valid food and alcohol handlers certifications, POS system familiarity, and ability to stand 8–10 hours. Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8–10 hours per shift)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25–50 pounds
- Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive movements in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in varying conditions, including heat, cold, and noise
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- 1+ years of Server experience
- Hold a valid State-Mandated Food Handlers Certification, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards (where applicable)
- Hold a valid State-Mandated Alcohol Handlers Certification, ensuring compliance with local regulatory authority health and safety standards (where applicable)
- Point-of-Sale systems experience
- Strong communication and a passion for delivering world-class service at every touchpoint
