Job Summary
Prepare dining and back-of-house areas for smooth service, then provide top-notch service with a positive attitude while welcoming guests and anticipating their needs. Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely service, restock service areas, and maintain cleanliness. Stay sharp with in-depth menu and beverage knowledge, taking ownership of guest satisfaction and stepping in wherever needed to support the team. Requires at least one year of table service experience, ability to stand 100% of the shift, and lifting up to 35 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand for 100% of the shift
- Comfortable communicating with guests and answering phones (90%)
- Frequent reaching, bending, and stooping (75%)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs (e.g., highchairs, trays) multiple times per shift over medium distances
