Job Summary
Greet guests promptly and warmly, guiding them through the menu with knowledgeable recommendations for food and beverage pairings. Accurately record orders using the POS system, ensuring all modifications and dietary needs are communicated to the kitchen. Deliver food and beverages with precision, monitoring satisfaction and proactively addressing concerns or requests for refills and additional courses. Communicate effectively with hosts, bartenders, and kitchen staff to maintain seamless service flow while maintaining cleanliness of assigned sections. Reset and sanitize tables promptly, process payments securely, and support front-of-house operations during peak periods, private events, and special functions. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year in a restaurant serving or hospitality role
- Strong communication, multitasking, and guest service skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Evening, weekend, and holiday availability
