Job Summary
Take food and drink orders from customers accurately, monitor assigned tables to ensure guests enjoy their meals, and take action to correct any problems. Maintain dining room cleanliness, table manicuring, and overall housekeeping while adhering to Department of Agriculture Regulations for food safety. Complete payment of guest checks, finalize financial transactions, and perform side work, setup, and closing duties as assigned. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, anticipate their needs, and ensure compliance with alcohol rules and guidelines. This role requires standing and walking constantly, lifting and reaching frequently, and includes RAMP certification.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Post-Employment - RAMP Certification
- Ability to work as part of a team to ensure positive guest experience
