Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and polished service in an elevated dining setting; guide guests through the menu with informed recommendations on food, beverages, and pairings; accurately take and enter orders while maintaining timing and flow of service; deliver food and beverages promptly with quality presentation; anticipate guest needs and respond to requests; maintain a clean, organized section; collaborate with kitchen, bar, and service team to ensure seamless execution; handle guest feedback professionally and notify leadership of any service recovery needs; follow cash handling, alcohol service, and safety procedures; take on additional duties as assigned to support smooth operation of the hotel.
