Job Summary
Provide friendly, responsive dining service as a Hawkers Server to create an authentic guest experience. Duties include greeting guests, taking and delivering orders, knowing the menu to offer suggestions, operating the POS system, handling payments securely, ensuring alcohol service compliance with ID checks, maintaining section cleanliness, performing side work as assigned, and collaborating with teammates to support a high-energy, guest-focused environment. Requires training completion and Food Handlers Certification; physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 20 lbs; age 18+; willingness to follow OSHA and HACCP standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must take and pass all required training courses, assessments as well as continuous training.
- Must have or be willing to obtain Food Handlers Certification and understand and follow OSHA and HACCP compliance standards.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
