Job Summary
Greet guests as they enter and leave the restaurant, accurately describe dishes, and make appropriate recommendations. Enter orders into the Point-of-Sale system, process payments, and serve food or beverages at the counter. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while providing quick, friendly, and accurate service. You may run food to guests' tables, clear tables, and keep all dining room areas clean. This role requires strong multi-tasking skills, the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment, and competency in counting money. Full-time employees receive health, dental, and vision insurance, plus PTO and a 401K. Average hourly rate is $17, including tips.
Required Qualifications
- Prior customer service experience
- A true "people person" providing exceptional and gracious service
- Experience working with a Point of Sale system
- Ability to work quickly and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Competency in counting money and processing payments
